About MANOH
Growing without losing
control of the field.
Founded in 2022 and based in Merchtem, MANOH is a Belgian transport and logistics company. Since its creation, the company has undergone significant expansion and continues to evolve, both through the growing number of clients who place their trust in it and through the development of its organisational structure.
Our operations are carried out with vans suited to each assignment and are supported by more than 150 drivers. A dedicated, high-performing management team provides daily coordination, operational oversight and support for the teams in the field.
Our activities include last-mile delivery, delivery with installation, B2B and retail distribution, and additional operational capacity during peak periods.
Across Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, we apply the same high standards: delivering reliable, controlled operations in line with the commitments agreed with each client.
Our ambition is to continue this development and progressively expand our operations across the Benelux, while preserving the foundations of our performance: strong teams, field expertise, flexibility and professionalism.

As a trained lawyer, I learned that a strong organisation is built on clear rules, accepted responsibilities and commitments that are honoured. When I moved into transport and logistics, I discovered a demanding, deeply human industry without limits — one that tests the ability to anticipate, decide and act every day.
As a woman leading MANOH, I never wanted simply to find my place in this industry. I wanted to bring my own vision to it: to demonstrate that operational performance can go hand in hand with compliance, that speed does not exclude rigour or respect for people, and that a transport company can grow without losing control of its operations.
MANOH also carries a deeply Belgian ambition: to create employment, develop skills and give women and men the opportunity to build lasting professional careers. Every job created, every employee supported and every responsibility entrusted contributes to a stronger and better-structured company.
Since 2022, this vision has become a collective reality. MANOH has developed, strengthened its structure and earned the trust of new clients. This evolution is not an end in itself: it confirms that high standards, compliance and field quality can support sustainable growth.
