We mobilise qualified teams and suitable vehicles according to the volume, delivery area and service requirements agreed for each assignment. Additional capacity can be deployed during peak periods.
Delivery execution is monitored through concrete indicators covering quality, successful delivery and operational performance. Over the last 12 months, 99.7% of deliveries were completed successfully on the scheduled date.
